Reverse Courier Pickup
Our Islamabad dispatch issues an automated prepaid TCS reverse airway consignment. A courier agent picks up the re-boxed package from your address.
Inspection & Reimburse
Upon bench check completion at Islamabad Atelier, your full refund is remitted directly to your IBAN or credited as a lifetime store voucher within 3–5 days.
Exemptions & Non-Returnable Items
Due to the archival nature and limited production casting numbers of authentic diecast aviation collectibles, specific categories cannot be accepted for change-of-mind return once dispatched:
- block Bespoke Commissions & Personalized Castings: Aircraft featuring custom registration tail numbers, personalized brass placard engraving, or airline staff retirement dedications.
- block Compromised Security Seals: Miniature models whose holographic manufacturer security seals have been broken, cut, or removed from high-density protective foam beds.
- block Expired Claims Period: Return or transit defect notifications filed after 7 continuous calendar days following parcel delivery receipt confirmation.
